My stay at Crowne Plaza Hamburg-City Alster over Easter was exceptional. The staff's friendliness and efficiency made us feel truly welcome. The hotel's trendy design and spotless cleanliness added to the overall experience. The location, close to the Alster river and trendy restaurants, was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast selection was delicious, though lacking for vegetarians, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The free weights at the fitness center were a great bonus for a good workout. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Hamburg. The hotel's cleanliness and modern design were impressive, creating a comfortable and stylish environment. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with eggs made to order by a chef. The bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere for a drink, and the location near the Alster river was picturesque. The room was cozy, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. A fantastic hotel with attentive staff and a convenient location for exploring Hamburg.
